BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU WILL AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

WORK PROCESS

Once the payment has been made, a link with my online to-do list will be provided to the client so they can see the commission's status. Even so, as many updates of the illustration as the client wants will be sent to them.

The delivery date of illustrations can fluctuate between 1 and 2 months approximately.The delivery date of vtuber models can fluctuate between 2 and 4 months approximately.

In case you need the illustration/model completed on a specific date, it must be mentioned before proceeding with the payment. an additional charge will be required depending on the requested date.

USAGE

Commissioner can, with prior notice, edit, paint/draw over, trace, and print the illustration for personal use only.The use of my works for AI learning, realization, and sale of NFTs (non-fungible tokens) is strictly prohibited for the commissioner and any other person.As the artist, I keep the right to publish the illustration on my social media, as well as use it in my portfolio, unless otherwise discussed with the client previously.

PAYMENT DETAILS

I only accept payments through PayPal and in USD.The full payment of the commission is required before starting work on it.Payment plans are accepted only for vtubers models (half or full-body).I do not accept returns from the customer.I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I am personally unable to complete the order.A PayPal invoice will be sent detailing the total price and its respective fees.

OTHERS

You are only buying a digital illustration, therefore you won’t receive any physical format of the piece.Significant modifications to the drawing can only be made during the sketching process. (ex: pose, background, outfit). Any major change once the illustration is finished will be subject to an additional cost.
